Tai Groot ba58e6bb8b fix(ci): fix apk/dnf latestVersion implementations

- apk: use 'apk search -e' instead of 'apk policy' (more portable)
- dnf: use 'dnf info' instead of 'dnf info --available' (Fedora 39 compat)
